New Guy, having problems streaming tv

HTPCF Member Group: Members Posts: 0 Member No.: 9,067 Joined: 13-August 11	Hi people. I am new to this forum and pretty new to computers. My problem is that I am having trouble streaming tv from sites like ABC.com. Heres what I have. intel dual core 2.2ghz, geforce 8400 512mb video card, windows 7 fresh install, 2 gb ram. 1mb internet connection. Video is buffered but when it plays is drags. cpu usage gets up around 100%. I appreciate any help you guys could give. Im trying to get set up so I can get rid of my satellite.
