i need help my upload speed is about 3 I have windows and cable internet and have no clue about computers so please explain for a really slow person

You have provided insufficient information to offer any sort of response other than try talking to your ISP and see if they can help you.

You gaming experience will also improve when you get your internet connection sorted as well.
